Welcome to Farmcore. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our agricultural intelligence platform. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Platform Usage & Data Maturity

The Farmcore platform is designed to assist in agricultural estate management. Users are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all data entered into the system, including:

  • Chemical spray volumes and substance concentrations.
  • Planting batch identities and location metadata.
  • Worklog entries and operational timestamps.
  • Inaccurate data entry may lead to corrupted intelligence streams and faulty predictive modeling.

Commercial Model Disclaimers

Agricultural Variance Disclaimer: Farmcore provides algorithmic projections, including the "Timeline Forecast" and "Projection Health Index." These are mathematical models based on available data and do not constitute a guarantee of crop yields, tree health, or environmental outcomes. Real-world conditions (weather, soil, pests) may cause significant variance from platform projections.

GIS & Hardware Integration

Integrations with third-party tracking (e.g., OwnTracks) and GIS command tools depend on external GPS satellite accuracy and hardware connectivity. Farmcore is not responsible for data gaps resulting from hardware failure or signal interference in remote agricultural areas.

Intellectual Assets

All logic, analytics methodology, UX design, and synchronization protocols are the exclusive intellectual property of Farmcore. Commercial wisdom embedded in our algorithms remains proprietary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmcore's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
